During the process of our work we will always carry out bankruptcy searches on all potential beneficiaries, this complies with the Law Society's regulations required under the Money Laundering Regulations Act (2007).
Bankruptcy searches are carried out because any potential creditors would be entitled to a share of that person's inheritance upon distribution of an estate.
This service is carried out as a standard procedure with our work of claiming estates on behalf of beneficiaries however, should this be required by any other client whose case we are not involved with, we charge at an hourly rate. Details can be found by clicking the fees button.
